A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to support its ongoing expansion and talent acquisition needs. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and a deep understanding of the Dubai job market.
The selected candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify, attract, and screen suitable candidates for various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience
• Mandatory experience in the Dubai job market
• Pure recruitment background is required (non-relevant HR profiles will not be considered)
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
