Role Overview
This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys taking a full-cycle process from initial brief through offer acceptance while partnering closely with hiring leaders. You will be the driving force behind building strong candidate pipelines for US-based roles, combining proactive global sourcing with structured assessment to deliver hires that move business priorities forward.
Your work matters because every hire you make shapes team performance and company momentum. In a fast-paced setting, you will balance speed with quality, ensuring leaders feel supported, candidates feel respected, and the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer delivery, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target candidate profiles, and align on evaluation criteria before launching any search.
- Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, with a strong emphasis on global sourcing to reach the best candidates worldwide.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical alignment, cultural fit, communication ability, and motivation, ensuring only well-matched individuals move forward in the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, using data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Facilitate a structured, transparent interview process by coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and providing clear guidance to both candidates and interviewers.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first outreach to final update, through timely communication, honest feedback, and a professional, human approach.
- Advise hiring leaders on market trends, compensation expectations, and sourcing strategies, helping shape effective hiring decisions rather than simply filling vacancies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency at a C1 or C2 level, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing, by phone, and in video interviews.
- At least 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience focused on the US market, including managing roles across multiple functions or industries.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with global sourcing, actively identifying and engaging candidates across different countries and time zones.
- Strong sourcing skills using tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and creative outreach techniques to reach passive talent.
- Solid assessment ability, including screening for both hard skills and soft skills while evaluating how a candidate fits the role and company culture.
- Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines, document candidate interactions, and track recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers, negotiate priorities, and provide honest, constructive feedback.
- A genuine passion for candidate experience, demonstrated through thoughtful communication, respect for candidates' time, and a commitment to leaving every candidate with a positive impression.
