Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout guest interactions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Manage reservations, guest records, and front office documentation.
Requirements:
• Russian speaker with strong communication skills.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
