Accountant

Role Overview

As Accountant, you will manage routine finance operations for Unwired Global LLC in Dubai, keeping transaction records accurate and supporting timely monthly reporting. Your work will help the business monitor cash movements, marketplace settlements and inventory while meeting UAE VAT and financial record-keeping requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor supplier invoices, payments, customer receipts and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate differences in marketplace settlement records.
• Maintain orderly accounting records and assist with month-end reporting.
• Compile and maintain documents needed for UAE VAT reporting.
• Reconcile inventory records with relevant financial information.
• Support audit requests by preparing schedules and retrieving supporting documents.
• Record transactions in line with internal procedures and applicable UAE requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an accounting role; the source does not specify a minimum number of years.
