Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and organized Receptionist Cum Admin to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front desk and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Support daily administrative and office operations
- Prepare reports, quotations, and basic documentation when required
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
- Coordinate with different departments and team members
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional personality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in reception or administration is preferred
- Freshers with confidence and good communication skills may also apply
