We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our front desk in Utawala. You will provide a professional and welcoming experience to clients, visitors, and staff, while supporting daily office operations.

Your Main Duties

Front Desk & Client Interaction

  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online inquiries to the right person or department.

  • Provide basic information about the company, services, and procedures.

  • Ensure visitors sign in/out and follow security protocols.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain organized records of correspondence, files, and office supplies.

  • Draft simple office communications, memos, and notices.

  • Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Office Management & Coordination

  • Keep the reception, waiting areas, and office spaces clean and presentable.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when stocks run low.

  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers for deliveries and maintenance.

  • Support staff with logistics for events, meetings, and training sessions.

Technology & Systems

  • Operate phones, printers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment.

  • Maintain basic digital records and databases using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Handle minor IT issues and escalate more complex ones to the right person.

Your Background

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar reception or admin role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Friendly, approachable, detail‑oriented, proactive, reliable, punctual, and adaptable.

What You’ll Receive

  • Monthly salary of KES 15,000.
