Role Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, commercially sharp Real Estate Site Agent / Brand Ambassador to serve as the face of our property portfolio. Your primary objective is to drive brand visibility and accelerate sales velocity by guiding prospective buyers through immersive, high-value property tours and community activations. This position blends public relations with consultative field sales; you will navigate clients from initial brand discovery and event interactions through to formal site presentations and sales handovers. The role demands an articulate, high-energy relationship builder who can communicate value effortlessly, capture qualified leads, and project premium brand alignment at every touchpoint.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Property Presentations & Client Tours

  • Conduct professional, highly engaging property site viewings and guided project tours for prospective buyers.

  • Deliver accurate, comprehensive information regarding structural layouts, zoning features, pricing configurations, and payment timelines.

  • Nurture open communication channels with prospects, responding to detailed inquiries promptly to maintain high buying interest.

Brand Activations & Lead Generation

  • Represent the firm authoritatively at corporate property activations, regional trade exhibitions, and community marketing events.

  • Deploy offline and digital promotional tactics to capture fresh, highly qualified sales leads and expand market awareness.

  • Actively contribute to corporate promotional campaigns, maximizing brand footprint across targeted consumer demographics.

Sales Pipeline Support & Conversion

  • Partner with internal sales consultants to streamline client follow-ups, address objections, and maximize lead conversion rates.

  • Systematically document client reactions, property feedback, and core buying objections during site visits to refine sales scripts.

  • Assist in client onboarding protocols, contract positioning, and preliminary price negotiations.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather direct consumer feedback and structural market insights during site interactions to uncover emerging buyer preferences.

  • Track local developer offerings, tracking competitor pricing, marketing trends, and promotional models.

  • Compile and transmit structured daily activity summaries, site traffic metrics, and customer database logs to leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Criteria

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Real Estate, or an equivalent commercial discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience working as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or customer-facing marketer, with prior real estate experience viewed as a distinct advantage.
