Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and conversion performance
  • Coach, train, and support agents in sales techniques and negotiations
  • Assist with high-value deal closures and client negotiations
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure quality lead generation and follow-up
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
