Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
• Generate and manage leads while maintaining regular client follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and market consultations.
• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Stay updated on Dubai property trends and market developments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record of successfully closing property deals.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Dubai real estate market and property trends.
• Property sales, client acquisition, and deal negotiation.
• Customer relationship management and sales strategies.
