Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate property transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends and available property listings.
• Work closely with developers and internal teams to provide clients with exclusive opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in company training sessions and professional development programs.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and strong determination to succeed.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are highly desirable.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Dubai real estate market trends and property transactions.
• Communication, client service, and business development practices.
