Quality Manager

A reputable diagnostic center in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives. The role requires strong alignment with DOH Abu Dhabi standards and a proactive approach to continuous quality improvement across clinical and operational services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor the Quality Management System
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards
• Lead and manage DOH and Jawda inspections, audits, and official surveys
• Oversee patient safety initiatives, including incident reporting and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Drive continuous quality improvement programs and track performance through KPIs
• Chair and coordinate quality committees and multidisciplinary review meetings
• Plan and deliver quality and patient safety training sessions for staff
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, reporting systems, and CAPA follow-ups

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality or Public Health is preferred
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in healthcare quality management
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi regulations
• Prior experience with JCI accreditation is an advantage
• UAE healthcare experience within hospitals, medical centers, or clinics is required
