Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in quality improvement training of neonatal unit staff
- Champion implementation of the quality improvement project
- Maintain a register of all participants included in the project.
- Prepare and maintain good filing system (both the study participants and source verification documents) for all enrolled participants.
- Collect accurate data and resolve any discrepancies with data team.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Principal Investigator
Job Specifications:
- Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse.
- Valid registration with relevant body.
- Two (2) years of clinical experience post qualification
- Training and experience in research, quality improvement and IT will have an added advantage.
