The successful candidate will play a key role in quality assurance, technical reporting, and implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across pest control operations.
• Prepare, review, and improve IPM reports and technical documentation.
• Conduct inspections and provide professional service recommendations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement quality improvement measures.
• Support staff development through training and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with public health pest control standards and best practices.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pest control industry.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.
• Experience preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Good knowledge of public health pest control methods and treatments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and team development.
Strong knowledge of:
