The Alumina Company is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its operations in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government-related processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s administrative and legal documentation requirements.
This role requires a professional with extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures, particularly within Abu Dhabi. The candidate will work closely with various authorities to facilitate employment-related documentation, licensing requirements, and regulatory approvals essential for smooth business operations.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing manufacturing organization and contribute to maintaining strong relationships with government entities while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, ADDED, Municipality, and KEZAD.
• Process employment visas, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Manage trade license renewals, permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with government departments to ensure timely completion of official procedures.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure company compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, employee documentation, and government correspondence.
• Support management with government-related administrative matters and compliance activities.
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
• Previous experience within industrial or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi government regulations and compliance procedures.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple government-related processes efficiently and accurately.
