Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PRO to handle all government-related processes and legal documentation in the UAE. The candidate must have previous UAE experience in PRO/legal documentation work and strong knowledge of visa, labour, immigration, and company licensing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Coordinate with Immigration, MOHRE, Emirates ID, Medical, and other government departments.
- Manage labour contracts, work permits, and employee legal documentation.
- Process trade license renewals and company-related approvals.
- Ensure timely renewal of company and employee documents.
- Maintain records of passports, visas, licenses, permits, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding and exits.
- Submit applications online through government portals.
- Keep updated with UAE laws, labour regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support management in legal/government matters when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years UAE experience as PRO.
- Previous legal/government documentation experience in UAE is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Emirates ID, labour law procedures.
- Experience in trade license and company document renewals.
- Good Arabic / English communication preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Able to join immediately preferred.

- Can handle work independently with minimum supervision.
