Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Property Sales Consultant to join our elite team in Westlands. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a consultative position designed for a professional who understands that real estate is a critical financial investment. You will act as a trusted advisor, assessing client portfolios and financial goals to provide tailored residential and commercial property solutions. The ideal candidate will combine a deep knowledge of the Kenyan property market with sophisticated negotiation skills to convert high-potential leads into closed transactions.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Market Intelligence

  • Evaluate clients' financial capacity and long-term investment goals to recommend the most suitable property assets.

  • Conduct rigorous research on local market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging real estate developments.

  • Provide data-driven insights to clients, advising them on market conditions and optimal entry/exit strategies.

  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and legal requirements within the real estate sector to provide accurate counsel.

Sales Lifecycle & Lead Conversion

  • Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through targeted networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and qualification to final contract signing and handover.

  • Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-ups and relationship management.

  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain an organized database, tracking client interactions and moving prospects through the sales funnel.

Property Presentation & Negotiation

  • Coordinate and lead professional site visits, highlighting the architectural features and investment potential of various developments.

  • Act as the lead negotiator on behalf of the firm, securing favorable terms and pricing for both the company and the client.

  • Effectively address client objections and concerns through informed, professional counter-arguments.

  • Liaise with developers, legal teams, and finance departments to ensure a seamless transaction closing process.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and review offer letters, sale agreements, and other critical property documentation.

  • Ensure all transactions are fully compliant with local land laws and corporate governance standards.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and transaction histories.

Requirements & Competencies

Professional Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven success in real estate sales, property investment, or a high-level consultative sales role.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in CRM platforms and modern property management software.

  • Negotiation: Strong ability to influence outcomes and close complex, high-value deals.
