We are seeking a disciplined and observant Property Caretaker to manage the daily lifecycle of a residential estate in Lurambi. This role is designed for a professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of infrastructure and order, acting as the vital link between the property owners, service providers, and residents.
Primary Objectives
Your central goal is to ensure the estate remains a safe, well-maintained, and harmonious environment. You will be responsible for the "health" of the property—from overseeing water and waste systems to resolving tenant disputes and supervising third-party contractors—ensuring that all estate regulations are enforced firmly and fairly.
Professional Prerequisites

Work History: 4–5 years of experience in property management or estate operations.

Sector Experience: Previous experience managing large residential estates or multi-unit developments is highly preferred.

Operational Skills: Proven ability to coordinate technical repairs, supervise security/cleaning teams, and handle emergency maintenance.

Administrative Ability: Skilled in maintaining accurate incident logs, maintenance records, and operational reports.
