Project Manager – Waste Water Treatment Industry

A leading international engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead major wastewater infrastructure and sewer network projects across Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional with extensive expertise in managing large-scale utility and infrastructure developments.

The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage project execution from planning to completion, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule while meeting technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across wastewater infrastructure projects.

• Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, client submissions, and progress reporting.

• Coordinate site investigations, inspections, rehabilitation activities, and engineering operations.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and utility authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor project performance, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 18+ years of post-graduate engineering experience.

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Water, Wastewater, Sewer Network, or Underground Utility projects.

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Hydraulic Analysis & Modelling

• Pipeline Installation & Rehabilitation

• Testing & Commissioning

• GCC Utility Authority Standards (ADSSC, TAQA, DMT, DEWA, Ashghal)
