Description:
Hadi Exchange is seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and digital transformation projects. This role is designed for a strategic professional with strong expertise in ERP systems, fintech platforms, and financial technology environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing system integrations while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Focus Areas:
- Leading ERP implementations and managing end-to-end system integration projects.
- Overseeing API and middleware integrations across multiple platforms.
- Managing projects within fintech, banking, and payment system environments.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards including CBUAE, AML/KYC, and ISO 27001.
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Monitoring project risks, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms and enterprise system integrations.
- Proven experience working with banking systems, payment gateways, and fintech solutions.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and information security standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
