Role Overview
You will take ownership of technology-driven healthcare projects from early planning through to successful go-live, working directly with hospital teams and internal cross-functional groups. Your day-to-day focus is keeping complex, multi-stakeholder deployments on track, resolving operational bottlenecks in real time, and ensuring that every deliverable aligns with clinical realities and business goals. This role matters because smooth project execution directly affects patient-facing services and the credibility of our solutions in demanding hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables, then guide each workstream from initiation through deployment and closeout.
- Coordinate internal engineering, clinical, and support teams alongside hospital staff to keep implementation activities aligned and unblocked.
- Build and maintain realistic project schedules, tracking progress against timelines and intervening early when dependencies slip.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation, flagging variances and proposing corrective actions before issues escalate.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks — from technical integration challenges to on-site operational disruptions — with clear mitigation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation, translating between clinical needs and technical constraints.
- Support client onboarding, training, and reporting processes, ensuring consistent documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Capture lessons learned and feed them into continuous improvement initiatives for project methodology and delivery playbooks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, biomedical engineering, or a directly related discipline; a biomedical engineering background is strongly preferred.
- Prior work experience in healthcare, medical technology, or a technology-driven environment, with demonstrated comfort navigating hospital settings.
- Proven ability to plan and execute projects end-to-end, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external client contacts.
- Ability to work effectively in field assignments and adapt quickly to fast-paced, growing operational environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a bias toward proactive issue resolution.
