Project Finance Manager

Infinity Power is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financing and successful delivery of renewable energy projects while collaborating with internal departments, financial institutions, and external advisors throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, financial modelling, and investment analysis, with the ability to manage financing activities, assess project risks, and support financial close processes for large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support project financing activities, including financial structuring and transaction execution.

• Develop, review, and maintain financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.

• Coordinate with banks, lenders, financial advisors, and other external stakeholders.

• Support financing documentation, due diligence, and financial close processes.

• Evaluate project risks, financing assumptions, investment returns, and funding requirements.

• Work closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Strong experience in Project Finance, preferably within renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or a related industry.

• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of debt financing, project economics, and financial structures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Financial modelling and investment analysis.

 • Project financing structures and due diligence.

 • Renewable energy and infrastructure project economics.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
