Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily winery and distillery production operations.
- Manage production staff and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production processes from raw material handling to bottling
- Ensure machinery maintenance, calibration, and cleanliness schedules are adhered to.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate staff training
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Kaizen, and other company standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a beverage
- manufacturing or food processing environment
