Role Overview
As Product Manager, you will guide the development of Juicebox’s AI-powered talent platform, turning customer and business needs into focused product improvements. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to decide what to build, support delivery, and create product practices that can keep pace as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Gather and organise product feedback from customers and internal teams, identifying recurring needs and opportunities.
- Translate user and business requirements into clear product specifications and development tasks.
- Prioritise bugs, feature requests, and roadmap work using customer evidence, business goals, and sound judgment.
- Work with engineering and design from early planning through feature delivery.
- Turn the company’s product direction into practical features and maintain quarterly roadmap plans.
- Partner with sales and customer success to share customer insights and close feedback loops.
- Develop product workflows and processes that support the company’s continued growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of product management experience; 4–5 or more years is preferred.
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
- Knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, customer research, and feedback management.
- Ability to turn customer requirements into well-defined product solutions.
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and design teams.
- Strong communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, taking ownership, and being accountable for outcomes.
