Elite Landscape LLC, a growing landscaping and construction services company based in Dubai, is currently looking to hire a Procurement Officer to support its expanding operations. This opportunity is suitable for professionals who have experience in sourcing construction or landscaping materials and managing procurement activities within the UAE market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling procurement processes from start to finish, ensuring that materials and supplies required for various projects are sourced efficiently and delivered on time. The role requires someone who has strong negotiation abilities, knowledge of local suppliers, and the capability to manage procurement documentation accurately.
As part of the procurement team, the officer will work closely with site engineers, project managers, and internal departments to ensure that project material requirements are fulfilled without delays. Maintaining supplier relationships, tracking procurement records, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing will also be key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete procurement processes for construction and landscaping materials.
- Identify, source, and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors within the UAE market.
- Request and compare supplier quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation and records.
- Coordinate with site teams and project managers to understand material requirements for ongoing projects.
- Ensure materials are delivered to project sites within the required timelines.
- Maintain an updated supplier database and procurement tracking records.
- Work with the accounts department to verify invoices and facilitate supplier payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in the construction or landscaping industry will be an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Good understanding of local suppliers, materials, and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Candidates must be currently located in Dubai.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
