Description:
Marvento Shipping LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PRO – Freight Forwarding professional to join its growing logistics team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, customs coordination, and UAE shipping procedures.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipment documentation and ensuring smooth coordination across air and sea freight processes. The role requires strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, cargo handling operations, and effective communication with clients, carriers, and airport authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle sea and air freight documentation and shipment processing
• Coordinate with customs authorities and manage JAFZA-related procedures
• Oversee airport cargo operations including coordination with EK and DNATA
• Ensure smooth shipment clearance and delivery processes
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors for shipment updates
• Manage documentation, invoicing, and payment or cheque collection processes
• Support daily freight forwarding operations and logistics coordination
• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics and customs regulations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational activities
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight documentation processes
• Experience in customs clearance and UAE logistics procedures
• Familiarity with JAFZA operations and airport cargo handling
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational tasks efficiently
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Freight forwarding documentation (air & sea shipments)
• Customs clearance procedures and UAE logistics regulations
• Cargo handling processes at airports (EK / DNATA)
• Customer, carrier, and vendor coordination
