- Review and interpret complex medical prescriptions accurately, picking, packaging, and labeling medications with zero margin for error.
- Provide clear, comprehensive counseling to patients regarding correct dosage schedules, storage methods, and potential side-effect reactions.
- Execute high-precision compound checks, validating age-specific dosage distributions and flagging any adverse drug combinations immediately.
- Personalize patient care by comfortably clarifying generic versus branded medication options based on therapeutic needs and client budgets.
Stock Architecture & Expiry Auditing
- Monitor and manage optimal stock thresholds for essential drugs, specialized chronic care therapies, and over-the-counter lines.
- Execute systematic weekly shelf audits, tracking batch manufacturing numbers and enforcing strict First-In-First-Out (FIFO) parameters.
- Quarantine near-expiry chemicals or damaged packaging instantly, orchestrating safe, documented disposal tracks to eliminate clinical risks.
- Coordinate with procurement managers to place timely restock requests, ensuring zero stockouts of critical healthcare items.
Patient Loyalty & Consultative Support
- Welcome walk-in patients with exceptional professional empathy, answering health inquiries and managing over-the-counter requests efficiently.
- Mediate client service escalations, billing questions, or medical delays calmly, protecting the clinic's high patient care reputation.
- Document customer preferences and chronic condition profiles to establish proactive, long-term therapeutic renewal timelines.
- Preserve an immaculate, organized, and highly professional front-of-house pharmacy environment at all times.
Statutory Audits & Data Documentation
- Archive daily dispensing records, prescription sheets, and specialized narcotic registers in strict alignment with legal guidelines.
- Ensure all branch storage conditions, cold-chain refrigeration temperatures, and handling methodologies align perfectly with Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations.
- Support regulatory field inspectors during routine compliance checks, preparing complete documentation packages independently.
- Safeguard patient medical confidentiality strictly, securing personal files and transaction receipts from unauthorized eyes.
