Role Overview
This role focuses on driving revenue growth by actively identifying and converting new business opportunities within a defined territory. On a daily basis, you will manage a mix of inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting, maintain detailed customer records, and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Your work directly supports the company’s goal of expanding market share in the healthcare sector by turning leads into lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas through targeted prospecting and disciplined follow-up.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within your assigned geographic or vertical territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale relationship management, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, pipeline stages, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform territory planning and refine business development strategies.
- Plan and participate in field events such as product demonstrations, health education forums, and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to resolve client issues and feed back market insights for service improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- At least 1–3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, financial services, or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
- Combined sales and marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with data and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude, with a genuine interest in improving healthcare access and customer outcomes.
