Qualification and experience
- A Bachelors degree in human resource management from a recognised university
- Being registered for or having completed the Certified Human Resource Professional
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on individual, with personal drive and the ability to respond to issues efficiently
- Good IT skills
