Description:

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Coordinator to support its healthcare intelligence and clinical research operations. This role contributes to financial and operational activities by managing payment-related processes, coordinating grant activities, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to support grant administration, research funding opportunities, prepare documentation, and maintain compliance with funding requirements. This position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare research environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the grant application process from initiation through completion.

• Research and identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect required information and support the development of grant proposals.

• Ensure compliance with grant funding requirements, policies, and submission deadlines.

• Track grant activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on outcomes.

• Support accounting and financial operations activities related to clinical programs.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

• Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, payment coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
