Primary Job Responsibilities will be: -

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly and assist them at the reception.
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English to guide patients and answer basic inquiries.
• Help ensure a smooth flow of patients from arrival to consultation, admission, or discharge.
• Check on patients to ensure they are comfortable and satisfied with services.
• Maintain patient privacy and handle information with confidentiality.
• Support coordination between patients, doctors, and internal departments.
• Assist with Insurance, Billing, Admissions, and Discharge processes.
• Update appointments and maintain basic patient records.
• Record patient feedback and share updates with the supervisor.
• Maintain a friendly, professional front desk presence and support overall patient experience.
• Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager.
