We are currently hiring a professional and personable Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic in Sharjah. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle patient appointments and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience
• Coordinate effectively with medical and clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records while strictly ensuring confidentiality
• Support clinic services and contribute to improving overall patient satisfaction and engagement
Requirements:
• Female candidate with Arabic speaking ability is required
• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or healthcare environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-focused approach
• Well-organized, presentable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
