Job Title: Automotive Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead-to-sale conversion, product demonstrations, and sales advisory. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and convert leads into sales through effective product demonstrations and consultative sales advisory.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery, including preparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively prospect for new customers through business development activities, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate vehicle handover and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in business development, prospecting, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
• Experience in preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the sales process from enquiry through vehicle delivery.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing, fleet sales, or key account management is an added advantage.
