Job Description

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Management, or OT Management required
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya registration preferred for nurse managers
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in operation theatre services with 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in OT workflow management, surgical coordination, sterilization, infection control, and OT scheduling
  • Experience managing OT teams, equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance
