KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely transit clearance services
- Supervise Kampala office activities and handle client inquiries
- Support business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting company services
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely payments
- Monitor performance and implement operational improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance insights
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in operations (clearing & forwarding is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
