Project Coordinator (Consultant)

Role Overview

EngenderHealth is seeking a Project Coordinator Consultant to help deliver a three-county initiative testing AI-enabled blended learning for healthcare providers who deliver family planning services. The consultant will coordinate day-to-day activities with EngenderHealth, the Ministry of Health and county health teams, while helping track whether the approach is feasible, effective and cost-efficient. The project’s findings will inform Ministry of Health decisions about future use and possible expansion of innovative provider learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and implementation across the three participating counties, keeping activities aligned with agreed workplans and timelines.
• Work with EngenderHealth teams, Ministry of Health counterparts, county health teams and other stakeholders to support effective collaboration.
• Facilitate engagement with county and facility teams to prepare for and carry out project activities.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify delays or coordination needs, and share relevant updates with project teams.
• Support the coordination of project monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.
• Help document implementation experiences, emerging lessons and findings on the use of AI-enabled blended learning.
• Contribute to project reporting and the synthesis of evidence to inform future programming and potential scale-up.

What We Offer / Why Join

• Rate: US$140 per day.
