A government services center in Dubai announces a vacancy for an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the center's daily operations.
The successful candidate will ensure that workflows proceed with high efficiency, in accordance with approved regulations and Dubai Courts standards, while maintaining service quality and team discipline. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
**First: Operational Supervision**
* Oversee daily workflow within the center, ensuring there are no delays or disruptions in transaction processing.
* Monitor requests, cases, and inquiries, ensuring their completion within established timeframes.
* Allocate tasks among staff members based on transaction volume and workload.
**Second: Team Management**
* Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to operational procedures and working hours.
* Provide guidance to staff and resolve operational issues.
* Train new employees and enhance overall team efficiency.
**Third: Customer Management**
* Oversee customer flow and minimize waiting times.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
**Fourth: Quality Control and Compliance**
* Review transactions to ensure accuracy prior to submission.
* Prevent errors or non-compliant practices in service delivery.
* Ensure strict adherence to all government regulations and directives.
**Fifth: Reporting and Development**
* Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics and operational challenges.
* Propose improvements to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in government service centers or legal service centers within the UAE (experience at "A'adeed" centers is preferred).
* Proven practical experience in supervising a team, rather than merely processing individual transactions.
**Key Skills:**
* Strong, decisive, and disciplined leadership personality.
* Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.
* In-depth understanding of Dubai Courts procedures and electronic systems.
* Excellent communication skills (Arabic / English).
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
