Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage kitchen hood cleaning operations across multiple sites in the UAE. This role requires strong operational oversight, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to ensuring service quality, safety compliance, and smooth coordination with both clients and internal management.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee daily kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning operations
• Plan, manage, and assign cleaning teams efficiently based on site requirements
• Ensure all quality standards, safety guidelines, and compliance procedures are strictly followed
• Carry out routine site inspections and prepare clear operational and performance reports
• Coordinate closely with management and clients to maintain smooth and timely operations
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or team supervision within a UAE-based cleaning services company
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning services or kitchen exhaust and hood systems will be an added advantage
• Flexibility to work on-site with adaptable working hours
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic operational reporting
• Immediate joiner preferred
