Description:
Generator Health is seeking an Operations Specialist to support healthcare workflows and operational processes that help improve access to critical medications. This remote full-time position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing complex operational tasks within the healthcare industry.
The successful candidate will work with healthcare providers, insurance companies, affordability programs, and pharmacies to help streamline prescription access and coordination. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly learn new systems, and a commitment to improving patient and provider experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operational workflows that improve medication access processes.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, pharmacies, and assistance programs.
• Manage complex operational challenges and identify efficient solutions.
• Learn and utilize proprietary software tools to complete workflows effectively.
• Adapt and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Analyze operational data and support workflow improvements.
• Assist in implementing technology-driven solutions within healthcare operations.
