Description:
KLN Shipping and Logistics Services LLC is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join its operations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee daily transport and fleet activities, ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicles, drivers, and transportation schedules.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in transport operations who can manage fleet performance, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics activities. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily transport and fleet-related operations.
• Coordinate vehicles, drivers, and transportation schedules.
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of transport activities.
• Monitor fleet performance and address operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company transport procedures and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of transport operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in transport or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day transport coordination.
• Ability to manage drivers, vehicles, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
