- Trace real-time batch cycles against set weekly manufacturing goals, identifying and clearing potential equipment delays early.
- Liaise between chemical formulation labs, material warehouse floors, and sales teams to align daily output speeds with open trade orders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations across active machinery lines to minimize manufacturing downtime and save utility resources.
Inventory Control & Logistics Management
- Run continuous stock checks on bulk chemical inputs, raw active agents, industrial packaging materials, and final boxed stocks.
- Evaluate factory consumption trends against production demands to prompt timely local and international procurement orders.
- Supervise daily loading docks and freight logs, guaranteeing that sanitation and cleaning product shipments exit safely and reach corporate distributors on time.
- Enforce strict First-In-First-Out (FIFO) batch tracking matrices to preserve chemical stability parameters and avoid ingredient degradation.
Data Administration & Process Improvement
- Collect, verify, and input comprehensive daily production metrics, raw ingredient utilization values, and logistics costs into data management systems.
- Design and present detailed weekly operations summaries and monthly capacity analyses to highlight performance caps for executive review.
- Analyze existing warehouse layouts and floor behaviors to recommend adjustments that drop material handling costs and pick times.
- Maintain clean digital filing systems covering quality control passes, batch formulation numbers, and vendor clearing documents.
Quality Standardization & Regulatory Compliance
- Support the strict application of corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across chemical handling, blend blending, and packaging stages.
- Enforce unwavering alignment with all industrial health, workplace safety, and environmental conservation codes governing chemical handling.
- Inspect factory safety assets, verify protective equipment (PPE) utilization parameters, and run regular risk assessments on the factory floor.
