An established healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in healthcare operations within the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the healthcare facility and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operational processes.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage teams effectively, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize operational performance across various departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in UAE healthcare systems and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily healthcare facility operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Manage and coordinate operational teams to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure full compliance with DHA, MOH, and DOH healthcare regulations
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where necessary
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams for effective service coordination
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Ensure patient care standards and service quality are consistently maintained
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
• UAE healthcare experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of DHA, MOH, and DOH regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
