A growing organization in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead its operational functions. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and fleet management who can drive efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing teams, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage end-to-end FMCG operations, ensuring smooth execution across all functions
• Supervise logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and distribution
• Manage warehousing operations, including inventory control and stock accuracy
• Plan and oversee fleet operations, ensuring efficient distribution and route optimization
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and company policies
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG operations
• Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain management
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
• Hands-on experience in fleet management and distribution planning
