Operations Manager – Family Entertainment Center (FEC)

Role Overview

Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is looking for an Operations Manager with direct Family Entertainment Center experience to run the daily operation of its Yas Bay Waterfront venue in Abu Dhabi. You will guide the teams and systems behind safe, efficient visits while helping grow attendance, group bookings, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily FEC activity, balancing guest service, staffing, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the operations team, setting expectations and tracking progress against business goals.
• Identify and carry out initiatives to improve visitor numbers, repeat visits, customer engagement, and revenue.
• Build demand for corporate bookings, birthday celebrations, group visits, special events, and partnerships.
• Review revenue, operating expenses, staffing requirements, and performance indicators to support sound decisions.
• Coordinate equipment checks, maintenance needs, and adherence to applicable operational safety standards.
• Work with sales, marketing, events, and restaurant colleagues to align venue operations with business priorities.
• Address guest complaints and service issues, prepare operational updates, and recommend practical improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Family Entertainment Center operations is essential; applicants without direct FEC experience will not be considered.
• Background in an adventure park, indoor entertainment center, amusement venue, or comparable FEC environment.
• Leadership experience with the ability to supervise teams and support consistent operational performance.
• Evidence of contributing to revenue growth, stronger customer engagement, or increased visitor traffic.
• Working knowledge of FEC safety practices, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the UAE FEC sector is preferred.
• Restaurant, hotel, retail, or general hospitality experience alone does not meet the direct FEC experience requirement.
