Invicta Anara is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple engineering projects in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering, construction, or infrastructure to lead project execution and ensure operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating resources, overseeing procurement and logistics, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations across multiple engineering projects.
• Develop project execution plans and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate procurement activities and logistics operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of operations or project management experience.
• Experience within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of:
• Procurement and logistics management.
• Project planning, execution, and delivery.
• HSE standards, quality management, and contractual compliance.
