Dwight Global Online School is seeking an energetic and organized Online Admissions Assistant to support its Admissions team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person events and travel requirements, and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with students and families while managing administrative processes efficiently.
The successful candidate will communicate with prospective students and parents, support admissions activities, maintain records, and assist families interested in flexible online education options. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage admissions inquiries, communicate with prospective students and families, and provide timely responses to questions.
• Conduct admission consultations, interviews, and meetings with prospective students and parents when required.
• Maintain admissions records, enrollment documents, and applicant files using relevant database systems.
• Support the Admissions Team and Director of Enrollment with recruitment activities and administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate class visits, admissions events, and occasional travel activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of admissions, recruitment, or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong team player with flexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends.
• Experience working with databases such as Ravenna, Blackbaud, or Google Suite is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Admissions processes and student recruitment.
• Record management and administrative systems.
• Online education services and family engagement.
