STAR SERVICES is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee teams across multiple locations within the UAE. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in operations management, fleet performance, and logistics who can drive operational excellence and business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading managers and operational teams, improving fleet efficiency, managing key performance indicators, controlling operational costs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. A valid UAE driving licence is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage operations teams across multiple locations to ensure efficient daily performance.
• Monitor fleet operations, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining service quality and supporting continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
• 7–12+ years of experience in operations, fleet, logistics, mobility, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading managers and teams across multiple locations.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fleet operations and logistics management.
• KPI monitoring, cost control, and performance optimization.
• Team leadership, operational planning, and continuous improvement.
