Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple fashion retail showrooms in Dubai.
• Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage new store openings and retail expansion projects.
• Supervise store teams and ensure high standards of performance.
• Manage inventory flow and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor operational processes and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience as a Retail Operations Manager in the fashion retail industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail store locations.
• Experience leading new store launches and retail expansion projects.
• Currently working in Dubai.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
