A growing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of its online sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team performance, optimizing online sales channels, coordinating with internal departments, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Candidates with UAE or GCC market experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the e-commerce team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure sales and KPI targets are achieved.
• Manage online sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Monitor customer inquiries, orders, and sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support initiatives to improve online sales and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, operations, and other departments.
• Identify new products, market opportunities, and sales strategies.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members.
• Ensure daily tasks and targets are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a related role.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, Amazon, and Noon.
• Strong understanding of online sales and social media commerce.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Chinese or Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
Strong knowledge of:
• TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Instagram.
• Online sales and social commerce.
• Sales reporting and KPI management.
• Team leadership and e-commerce operations
