Description:
Four B Logistics, a leading freight and logistics company based in Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), is seeking an experienced Operations Logistic Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for logistics professionals with strong expertise in freight forwarding, shipping operations, customs procedures, and end-to-end shipment management.
The successful candidate will oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate air and sea freight activities, manage customs clearance processes, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience managing clients, agents, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end shipment operations, including air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance coordination.
• Oversee daily logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping agents, customs teams, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs regulations, Dubai Trade procedures, and import/export requirements.
• Manage shipping documentation and verify accuracy of operational records.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Lead and support logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Free Zone operations and procedures.
• Excellent understanding of UAE Customs regulations, Dubai Trade, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Experience managing clients, agents, and operational teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements within the UAE logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Freight Forwarding, Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Shipment Management.
• UAE Customs Regulations, Dubai Trade, and Import/Export Procedures.
• Logistics Operations, Shipping Documentation, and Client Coordination.
