Transbay Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Executive – Logistics to join its team in JAFZA, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics operations, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to manage daily operational activities efficiently.
The role requires knowledge of land, sea, and air freight operations along with the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Candidates with UAE logistics experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily logistics operations and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Coordinate land, sea, and air freight activities.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment processes and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support logistics documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in logistics operations.
• Experience in land, sea, and air freight operations.
• Strong operational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
